Public Transportation

For ambulatory members who live within range of a bus stop and do not require assistance.

Access Our Portal

If you are a medical facility or provider, you can access our Epic Ride Portal to manage your members’ transportation, services, and resources, streamlining your experience effortlessly.

Guidelines

Members must request transportation 72 hours in advance (3 business days) of their appointment.
Members can schedule transportation up to 30 days in advance.
For will-call trips, Covered Person should call (855) 519-6684 and select the “Ride Assist” option.
The Transportation provider has up to 60 minutes from the time of the call to pick up the member
