Maikel Rodriguez is the Vice President of Customer Experience. In this capacity, his primary role is to oversee the Account Management Team which acts as the internal voice of the client. In addition, he maintains strong relationships with Health Plan and MSO clients by connecting with their key business executives. Maikel is part of the Alivi Revenue Team as well, where he identifies new business opportunities among existing clients by identifying their pain points.
Formerly, Maikel was Vice President of Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT), Alivi’s largest product offering. There he oversaw Alivi's Customer Service and Logistics departments, and helped to implement EpicRide, Alivi’s NEMT technology. He maintained close relations with Alivi’s NEMT customers to ensure smooth, consistent functioning. This is similar to his current role in Customer Experience.
Maikel is known for being a self-starting, often self-taught, results-driven manager who embraces high-level challenges of all kinds. Being interested in technology from an early age, he has worked in various financial institutions, and even started his own Transportation Company.
Maikel attended Miami-Dade College as well as the Robert Morgan Technical College and has undertaken additional technical and financial training. He holds numerous technical certifications including those from Microsoft and Cisco.
