Professional Bio

Caleb Rojas is the President of Alivi. In this capacity, he oversees the company’s focus on providing Medicare Advantage and Managed Medicaid health plans with best in class solutions and services. Mr. Rojas has over 25 years experience in the healthcare industry and has served as a provider and payor. He has deep knowledge of ancillary and mandated supplemental benefits. His knowledge includes enrollment and reconciliation, benefit plan administration, claim payment methodologies, contract negotiations, risk management, regulatory compliance, systems integrations, and technology procurement. 

Prior to Alivi, he served as Chief Executive Officer of a Florida Licensed Third Party Administrator where he oversaw multi-million dollar projects and was responsible for establishing and developing teams and departments to successfully manage over 2.5M lives. 

Prior to that, he was the Director of Operations of a statewide physician network where he was responsible for advising the leadership team on industry standards, emerging technologies, and other business functions and seeing them from concept to completion. Prior to that, Mr. Rojas was the owner/founder of Healthcare Consulting Services. 

Mr. Rojas completed the Vision Care Program at Miami Dade College as well as earned a Business Associate Degree from the same institution. He earned certifications in Third Party Risk Professional Certification, Shared Assessments and is Licensed Dispensing Optician. Mr. Rojas is bilingual in English and Spanish.
