Chuck brings with him an impressive track record of over 14 years of experience in leadership positions with NEMT Brokers. Prior to joining Alivi, Chuck served as Regional Vice President at Medical Transportation Management (MTM), where he managed over $180 million in revenue, overseeing Florida, Nevada, Idaho, and California. Prior to that, at ModivCare (formerly LogistiCare), Chuck successfully managed multi-state operations with revenues ranging from $50 million to $300 million, overseeing South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi, Florida, and Wisconsin. His leadership played a vital role in growing company revenue from $350 million to over $2 billion during his tenure. Chuck is widely recognized as one of the pioneers who helped shape the NEMT industry.

In his new role, Chuck will collaborate closely with Alivi's executive team to devise and execute strategies aimed at expanding the company's NEMT footprint across the United States. He will be responsible for fostering C-Level Health Plan Relationships, establishing direct partnerships with state agencies, and driving overall business development initiatives. Chuck's expertise in client relationship building, government affairs, management, operations, quality programs, and product development will be invaluable as Alivi Health strives to enhance its NEMT services and cater to the evolving needs of its members.
